Cooper Bell grew up in Jacksonville and studied construction management at the University of North Florida before working in local construction. That experience gave him a sharp eye for how buildings come together and where problems tend to hide, which makes him a natural in the field. When his dad asked him to help build The Pest Company, Cooper jumped at the chance to create something for his family and for the city he grew up in.

Cooper thrives on problem solving and believes educating clients is one of the most important parts of the job. He's committed to training, kindness, and making sure every homeowner and business owner feels confident and comfortable with what's happening on their property. As the next generation of The Pest Company, he's excited about where the business is headed.

"Every day is a new challenge, and that's what gets me fired up," Cooper says. "The best part of the job is when someone comes to us with a problem and tells us afterward, 'It's fixed.'"
